Kuala Lumpur District Court judge ruled this afternoon, as the Attorney-General Abdul Ghani signed by the transfer of high-heard certificate illegal and therefore rejected the prosecution request to Congress opposition leader Anwar sodomy charge was handed over the case the court application.
The case will continue to remain in the court hearing, the judge fixed the next Friday, November 14 to continue the trial.
