This morning DSAI sodomy case been put off to 924, regarding news from Malaysiakini, the prosecution wanna summit this case to High Court and inform 10min before the court start.
The defence opposition the prosecution bringing this case to high court and also in only 10min early time to let the defence knowing, they don't have enough time to prepare with it.
At last the judge (SM Komathy Suppiah) said that with a fair way will give 2 weeks to the defence to prepare in this case, the prosecution opposition with it that 2 weeks is too long but at last the judge still giving 2 weeks time for the defence to prepare to.
DSAI said to media he disagree they bring this case to high court cause he can't trust the high court cause he scared that subject to political appointment of judges transfer to this case.
Over 100 policeman been arrange to court this early morning at 0715.
