If I'm not mistaken regarding from the law of Malaysia, sodomy case cannot be bail till the court case is solved.
So that means he can't attend on his coming election at Permatang Pauh on the 26th August 2008.
It was a sad news and also wonder why the government always playing the dirty tricks.
What a shame for Malaysia.
