Found this app at iClarified to disable Edge/3G om iPhone, would like to sharing here.
Hope this will help up who are having the same suffering as my previous post.
Actually mine have solved with the setting as last time, this maybe the 2nd secure on it.
*Below instructions was from iClarifired.

These are instructions on how to block and disable Edge and 3G data usage on your iPhone using the SBSettings Data toggle.
Anderson Vulczak and BigBoss constructed the toggle which sets a bogus IP address, (1.1.1.0)[127.0.0.1 on mine] to your data adapter’s IP address. This seems to kill EDGE / 3G without any battery drain issues reported in using other methods such as entering a bad APN.
You may want to do this to ensure your iPhone does not rack up costly data usage chargers from your carrier.

Step One
Press to launch Cydia from your iPhone Springboard.


Step Two
Select Sections from the tabs at the bottom of the screen.


Step Three
Select SBSettings Addons from the list of Sections


Step Four
Choose Data Toggle from the list of Packages.


Step Five
Press the Install button at the top right of the screen.


Step Six
Press the Confirm button to begin installation.


Step Seven
Once installation has completed successfully press the large Restart Springboard button.


Step Eight
Swipe your finger across the status bar to pull up the SBSettings menu.


Step Nine
Press the Data toggle to deactivate data.


You will notice the icon goes red and your IP Address changes to 1.1.1.0.

mine was 127.0.0.1


Edge and 3G data access on your device is now blocked.

Blood Donation Season 4 捐血第4季

Done my 4th time blood donate to GH last Wednesday.
During doing donation ask the nurse about the blood bank stock which group of blood is less? The answer is all enough, but during CNY should be not enough, this been happened every year.
So donate before CNY should be the perfect time I think.
Another 450ml donated.

第4次的捐血终于在星期三完成。在抽血时问了护士，医院的血库有那类血型不冲足吗？答案是非常足够，但在新春假期后就肯定不足够了，这是每年都会出现的情况。
所以在佳节前捐血是最佳，时刻。
450毫升又捐出了。

Beware of using iPhone 3G wifi 提防使用iPhone 3G的wifi

Busy for couples of days for my work, did not update my blog for long time but now would like to let everyone know about this case what I've meet. Damn !!! (iPhone 3G user must know)
Bought a used iPhone few months ago, it was a great phone. But 1 very important thing I have to let you all know here, while you using it wifi to browsing the net, if it load slow, iPhone will automatically using your 3G, Edge or GPRS to help loading on every pages, then your bill will automatic charged as internet data usage. It was a genie and stupid setting for iPhone, Specially at Malaysia with stupid high internet data charges.
Me got involved 3 months with it. October with RM260 extra charge, after complaining Maxis given me a 50% discount, November RM146.00 havent settle with Maxis (still waiting their result)
December again with extra RM144.00 WTF!!! No wonder Maxis always push this phone, automatically they earning a lot of RM.
Just google-ing and found a site show how to disable this stupid setting at iPhone, would like to sharing over here, if you are or wanna buy an iPhone do read this and follow this few easy steps to not becone another victim like me.
Follow 5 easy steps as bottom page :

繁忙的工作,令我不能在这里编写我的部落，虽然这几个月大马发生很多的特别事件，还是无空写。但如今让我搜索到这“料”当然要分享一下，可能会帮到您。（特别是iPhone的使用者）
在数月前买了一部二手iphone3G，高兴的不得了，因此机拥有很多的功能，让我爱不惜手。可是通常上天就是不会有十全十美的，这手机竟然有智能（他妈的），当你使用wifi上网，线路慢或弱时，此机会自动（自以为是的）使用你的3G，Edge 或GPRS来帮忙。无意中你的电话单就会像我一般，无端端增加了网路容量费，我就连续3个月被害了。
十月电话单多了RM260，经过与明讯争论后，得到50%折扣。
十一月电话单多了RM146，事情还没有解决，十二月又多了RM144。（吐血）
不怪得Maxis一直推卖iPhone，无端端会使它增加收入。相信全马应该有很多像我这样的受害者吧。
刚谷歌了相关的事件，竟然搜到了解决的方法。好料当然要分享咯，特别是那些和我一样的受害者或想买iPhone的，相信这会帮您省下一笔冤枉钱哦。

简单五步曲如下：

1.Run “Safari” on your iPhone.
1-开启“Safari"。

2.Visit iPhoneNoData.com
2-输入网址iPhoneNoData.com

3.Tap the “Disable Edge/3G”
3-按 “Disable Edge/3G”

4.Tap “Install”
4-按“Install”

5.Tap “Install Now” to confirm
5-按“Install Now” 确认

That’s it!
大功告成！

You can double check this function by tapping “General” and scroll down to view a new profile as below print screen.
您可以再次确认是否用得着，按“General”然后往下查是否已经建立了新的网路设定（如图3）

You can also simply uninstall it to enable your GPRS/Edge/3G connection by tapping “General – Profile – Remove”
您也可以轻易捏下这设定来使用回高昂的冤枉钱。
按“General – Profile – Remove”
